What is tenant's liability insurance?

If you rent your home, this covers the cost of repairs if you accidently damage your landlord’s fixtures, fittings or furniture. If you can’t fix the damage when you move out, you may lose your security deposit. Just so you know, this type of cover doesn’t include general wear and tear.
