Written by Elina Torres

External accounts are customer-linked bank accounts outside of UnblockPay. They are required as the destination for fiat funds in payout and Fiat-to-Fiat transactions.

Steps

  1. Go to the External Accounts section in the dashboard

  2. Click New External Account (or create via API)

  3. Select the Customer who owns or will use this account

  4. Select the payment rail (country)

  5. Enter the bank account details

  6. Click Create external account

Once registered, the external account will be available as a destination for fiat funds in payout and Fiat-to-Fiat transactions.
