If you cancelled your un:hurd membership but you're still being charged, it's almost always because the cancellation didn't fully process through your app store. Here's how to fix it.
When you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, those platforms manage the billing. Cancelling inside the un:hurd app removes your access to features, but it doesn't automatically cancel the payment agreement with Apple or Google. You need to cancel through your device's subscription settings.
How to cancel through the Apple App Store
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Find un:hurd in the list and tap it.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
If un:hurd doesn't appear in your subscriptions, you may have signed up with a different Apple ID. Check any other Apple accounts you use.
How to cancel through Google Play
Open the Google Play app.
Tap your profile icon in the top right.
Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Find un:hurd and tap Cancel subscription.

If you subscribed at unhurdmusic.com, your billing is managed through Stripe. Cancelling inside your un:hurd account settings should stop future charges. If it hasn't, contact our support team.

Get in touch with our support team with your account email and the date of the charge. If the charge was made in error, we'll sort out a refund.

How to avoid this in future
Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Both Apple and Google process cancellations on their own schedule, and cancelling too close to the renewal date can mean the charge goes through before the cancellation takes effect.
