Subscription Model Our subscription model is flexible and based on the number of lessons you plan to take per week:

1 lesson per week: 4 lessons per month.

2 lessons per week: 8 lessons per month.

3 lessons per week: 12 lessons per month…

Each subscription cycle is 1 month.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period. If you wish to stop automatic renewal, you can click the "Disable Auto Renew" button on the subscription details page.

After canceling auto-renewal: The subscription will automatically terminate at the end of the current period. If you do not manually renew the subscription on the termination date, the system will consider the subscription ended.

When resubscribing: If the instructor has adjusted their course pricing, the new subscription will be charged at the updated rate.

Attention Learners in Mainland China: UNI supports payments via Alipay and WeChat Pay in Mainland China. However, as AliPay and WeChat Pay does not currently support automatic deductions, please note the following if you opt for the "Auto-Renewal" service:

  1. At the end of each subscription cycle, you will need to log in to the console and locate the relevant subscription under "Pending Payment."

  2. Payment must be completed within 7 calendar days to ensure the subscription renews successfully and retains the current pricing, unaffected by any price adjustments made by the instructor.

  3. If payment is not completed within 7 calendar days, the system will consider the subscription canceled. For further details on the cancellation process, please refer to the previous section.

Carried Over Lessons:

◦ Lessons carried over to the next subscription cycle must be completed within that cycle.

◦ These lessons cannot be carried over again.

◦ If carried over lessons are not completed during the next subscription cycle, they will be erased by the system at the end of that cycle.
