Confirmation Process:
◦ Please confirm each lesson after it’s completed.
◦ If you don’t confirm within 24 hours, you’ll receive a reminder email.
◦ Lessons are auto-confirmed after 72 hours if no action is taken.
Please make sure to report any issues or disputes within 72 hours after the lesson ends (Path: Completed Lessons List > Find the respective lesson > Click “Report Issue” > Fill in the dispute details and submit). UNI staff will review and handle the dispute.
Please note that payments will be processed automatically after 72 hours, and no further disputes or refund requests can be made after this period.
