UNI Learn makes booking simple and flexible — but to keep everything running smoothly for learners and mentors, we follow a set of booking and scheduling rules.
1. Booking Lessons
Choose Your Mentor – Browse mentor profiles, check availability, and select the time slot that works for you.
Set Your Time Zone – Make sure your profile has the correct time zone to avoid confusion.
Trial Lessons – Many mentors offer 25-minute trial lessons at a discounted rate or free of charge. Availability may vary.
Booking Window – You can book a lesson up to 24 hours in advance.
2. Booking Learning Projects
Purchase a Project – Select from the Projects tab or mentor profile.
Start Date – You can start your projects immediately after purchase.
Custom Projects – If you create your own project and would like the facilitation from a mentor, agree on the schedule with your mentor before starting.
3. Scheduling Rules
Always confirm your availability before booking — rescheduling and cancellations have their own rules (see Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy).
Lessons and project meetings are held via Zoom. You’ll receive the link in your booking confirmation and dashboard.
Please be online and ready at least 2–3 minutes before the scheduled time.
4. Platform Service Fee
All bookings include a 10% platform service fee (already calculated in the final price at checkout).
This fee supports platform operations, secure payment processing, and customer support.
5. Booking Confirmation
Once payment is completed, your booking will appear in your dashboard under Upcoming Lessons or My Projects.
You’ll also receive a confirmation email with session details.
