1. What You Can Do with Learning Projects

You can create a Learning Project in two ways:

  • Private Projects – For your own personal use.

  • Published Projects – Share with the UNI Learn community for free, or sell it to earn income.

2. How to Use the Project Builder

The Project Builder lets you combine text, videos, images, URLs, and more to create an engaging project.

We recommend using the Backward Design Principle:

  1. Set your project goal and scope – Decide what you want to achieve and the limits of the project.

  2. Define success criteria & assessment – Decide how you’ll measure success at the end.

  3. Break it into milestones – Divide the work into clear steps or phases.

  4. Map milestones to resources – Attach articles, videos, tools, or other content to help reach each milestone.

💡 We offer project templates and (coming soon) an AI assistant to help you build better and faster.

3. Publishing a Project for Sale

If your goal is to sell your project:

  • Click Publish and fill in the required information about your project.

  • Our admin team will review and decide whether to approve it.

  • Once approved, your project will appear in both My Projects and Owned sections of your dashboard.

4. Keeping a Project Private

If you want to keep a project just for yourself:

  • After editing, click Keep Private.

  • It will appear in both My Projects and Owned sections of your dashboard.

5. Drafts in the Studio

  • All draft projects remain in your Studio until you either Publish or Keep Private.

6. Editing an Existing Project

  • When you click Edit on a project in My Projects, a duplicate will be created in your Studio.

  • You can then edit this copy without affecting the original version.

💡 Tip: A well-structured Learning Project not only helps you reach your own goals—it also inspires and supports other learners if you choose to share it.
