1. UNI Learn Is for Self-Driven Learners
Our platform attracts learners who are curious, self-motivated, and eager to explore—from academic subjects to personal passions.
As a mentor, your role is to facilitate their journey, not to deliver a standard one-size-fits-all curriculum.
2. Mentorship Is Collaborative, Not Prescriptive
On UNI Learn, mentorship is learner-oriented.
We encourage mentors to:
Understand each learner’s unique goals
Work together to create or adapt a Learning Project as a focus for sessions
Avoid relying on generic textbooks or pre-set lesson plans unless the learner specifically requests them
The most successful mentorships here feel like partnerships—driven by the learner’s goals and shaped by your expertise.
3. Learning Projects Are Your Best Ally
Learning Projects keep the mentorship process structured, transparent, and goal-driven.
You can:
Help learners create their own projects in the Project Builder
Suggest milestones, resources, and assessment criteria
Build your own projects to publish and offer on UNI Learn—either for free to share your expertise or for sale to generate income
4. Your Earning Opportunities
You can earn through:
1-on-1 or small group mentorship sessions
Selling your own Learning Projects
Building long-term relationships with learners who may return for additional sessions and projects
5. Free to Start, Flexible to Grow
You can begin mentoring on UNI Learn without any upfront cost—create and run projects, host sessions, and get paid directly through our secure system.
You can also choose to invest in platform subscription upgrades for additional features, like advanced project customization and personalized learner engagement tools.
6. Our Philosophy: Growth Takes Time
We believe that lasting results come from consistent effort and self-awareness.
As a mentor, you can help learners:
Understand their learning preferences (with our Learner Type Test)
Build agency, persistence, and resilience
See mentorship as a long-term growth partnership—not a quick fix
💡 Tip for Mentors: The more you collaborate with learners to shape sessions around their goals, the more engaged—and successful—they’ll be.
