1. Create a UNI Learn Account

  • Sign up on our platform using your email address.

  • Choose Mentor as your role during registration.

2. Complete the Mentor Application Form

We’ll ask for:

  • Basic profile details – name, location, languages you mentor in

  • Your areas of expertise – what you can teach or guide learners in

  • Experience summary – background in your subject area, relevant work or achievements

  • Availability – when you’re generally free for mentorship sessions

3. Prepare Your Profile Materials

To stand out, we recommend adding:

  • Profile photo – a clear, professional or friendly headshot

  • Intro video (optional but highly recommended) – a short clip introducing yourself, your approach to mentorship, and what learners can expect

  • Portfolio or qualifications (if relevant) – to help learners see your credibility

4. Submit Your Application

  • Review all details for accuracy

  • Submit the application form

  • Our team will review it and get back to you, usually within 5–7 business days

5. Approval & Next Steps

If approved, you’ll be able to:

  • Set your availability for bookings

  • Create and publish Learning Projects (optional but encouraged)

  • Start accepting learners for mentorship sessions

💡 Tip: A complete, engaging mentor profile increases your chances of approval and helps you attract learners more quickly once you’re live.
