Sign up on our platform using your email address.
Choose Mentor as your role during registration.
2. Complete the Mentor Application Form
We’ll ask for:
Basic profile details – name, location, languages you mentor in
Your areas of expertise – what you can teach or guide learners in
Experience summary – background in your subject area, relevant work or achievements
Availability – when you’re generally free for mentorship sessions
3. Prepare Your Profile Materials
To stand out, we recommend adding:
Profile photo – a clear, professional or friendly headshot
Intro video (optional but highly recommended) – a short clip introducing yourself, your approach to mentorship, and what learners can expect
Portfolio or qualifications (if relevant) – to help learners see your credibility
4. Submit Your Application
Review all details for accuracy
Submit the application form
Our team will review it and get back to you, usually within 5–7 business days
5. Approval & Next Steps
If approved, you’ll be able to:
Set your availability for bookings
Create and publish Learning Projects (optional but encouraged)
Start accepting learners for mentorship sessions
