How to Join My Session on UNI Learn

Joining your scheduled session on UNI Learn is simple. Here’s what you need to know:


1. Find Your Upcoming Sessions

  • Go to your Mentor Dashboard.

  • Click My Lessons to see all scheduled sessions.

  • Each lesson shows the date, time, and learner name.


2. Join from the Lesson Link

  • The Join Session button will be activated 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.

  • When it appears, click it to enter the Zoom classroom directly. No extra login needed.


3. Do a Quick Tech Check

Before clicking “Join,” make sure:

  • You have a stable internet connection.

  • Your microphone and camera are working.

  • You’re in a quiet, well-lit space.


4. If a Learner is Late or Absent

  • Wait at least 15 minutes for them to join.

  • If they don’t show up, mark the session as completed so the system can process your payment.

  • You can send them a quick message via UNI Learn to follow up.


💡 Pro Tip: Always join 2–3 minutes early. This gives you time to greet the learner, check audio/video, and start on time.
