Joining your scheduled session on UNI Learn is simple. Here’s what you need to know:
1. Find Your Upcoming Sessions
Go to your Mentor Dashboard.
Click My Lessons to see all scheduled sessions.
Each lesson shows the date, time, and learner name.
2. Join from the Lesson Link
The Join Session button will be activated 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
When it appears, click it to enter the Zoom classroom directly. No extra login needed.
3. Do a Quick Tech Check
Before clicking “Join,” make sure:
You have a stable internet connection.
Your microphone and camera are working.
You’re in a quiet, well-lit space.
4. If a Learner is Late or Absent
Wait at least 15 minutes for them to join.
If they don’t show up, mark the session as completed so the system can process your payment.
You can send them a quick message via UNI Learn to follow up.
💡 Pro Tip: Always join 2–3 minutes early. This gives you time to greet the learner, check audio/video, and start on time.
