To save answers that you provide the most often for prospective students, follow the instructions below:
On your Internet browser, log into your Ambassador Dashboard.
Select the Answers tab on the navigation bar.
Select the Add a new question prompt in the middle of the page.
Write in or paste a question that you receive frequently, then select the topic and subtopic that match the question. See example below #5.
Write or paste in your answer, then click Save this question.
You can also add answers to some of the pre-loaded example questions by selecting the arrow next to a question listed under Suggested Questions.
Once enough questions and answers have been submitted, you’ll begin to see suggested answers from within your chat.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not see the Answers tab available in your Ambassador Dashboard, please ask your Admin or Unibuddy Supervisor to contact their CSM to have this feature enabled.
