Respond to Reviews with AI
Access Unify Reviews from the main navigation then click on the ✩ Reviews section. From here, you can filter reviews by date, rank, source, or employees to find the review you want to respond to.
Once you find the review you’d like to respond to, simply click the ‘Reply +’ button to reply directly from the dashboard—no need to visit your Google Business profile. If you're looking for inspiration, our AI Response Helper can assist! Just click the Generate Response button, and the system will suggest helpful reply options for you. You can regenerate responses until you find the perfect fit, or edit them to match your own style. The response shown on the example image below was generated using the Generate Response option. When you're ready to post your message, click Submit Reply and you're good to go!
Reply to Reviews through the Mobile App
Go to the Reviews dashboard, click on the Reply button. Then type in your message.
Once you click the Reply button under the text box, the system will confirm that your message has been successfully posted..
Canned Responses
Drowning in reviews? No worries—we’ve got you covered! With Unify Reviews, you can easily respond to reviews in bulk by setting up canned responses. Here’s how to create canned responses in Unify Reviews.
From your desktop, access the Reviews dashboard, click on the 'Review Reply Mode' button found at the top right corner.
Click on ‘Canned Response’
Click Add. Then label and write your custom message and Save.
Once saved, your canned response will be available via the Canned Response button to help you respond to reviews in bulk.
