Unify Reviews lets you set up automatic follow-up review requests if you don’t get a review from your first invite. Here's how you can quickly configure and customize the templates for your customers.

Automate Follow-up Review Requests from Your Computer

In the Invites section of the dashboard, you can easily edit your text and email templates. To customize these, click the Follow-Up tab for either text or email. Then, select your preferred time frame for sending the follow-up through the 'Automatically Follow-Up' dropdown menu. Once you're done, click Save Changes, and you're all set!

Send Automatic Follow-up Review Requests via the Mobile App

In the mobile app, go to the Reviews Settings page. Edit your text and email templates under Templates tab.

After making your edits, Save your changes.

Then open the Automatic Follow-Up tab to to set the number of days after which the follow-up will be sent to your customer.

Note: The system will send out the follow-up request only once to prevent your customers from getting spammed. Additionally, follow-up requests will not be sent once a review is posted.
