Managing App Status Updates

Objective

To update app statuses in Unify to indicate whether an app is working or not, providing quick indicators for users.

Key Steps

  1. Click on the app icon in UniFi.

  2. Check if the app status is green (working) or red (not working).

  3. If the app is not working, click on the app and go to "Set App Status".

  4. Select the appropriate issue (e.g., URL issue, login credentials issue).

  5. Submit the app status update.
