App Introduction

  1. Homepage Overview

    • Logging in brings you to the homepage.

    • All apps are accessible here.

  2. Accessing Accounts

    • Clicking on an app will take you to the website and autofill in the username and password (if applicable).

    • Auto-login should occur; troubleshoot with the extension video if needed.

  3. App Symbols

    A shield with a person icon indicates that this app is shared and accessible by other individuals

    A solid shield indicates that a username and password is stored but is only accessible by you.

    A yellow shield with an exclamation point means that you must enter your personal credentials on this app before the autofill will work. By clicking on this shield and clicking "Store Credentials", you are able to enter your personal username and password.

    A bookmark indicates that this link has been shared with you but does not require a login to access the page. This type of sharing for helping centralize things like training SOPs or weekly reports multiple people need to access.
