Crash Alert is a safety feature that detects hard impacts while you’re wearing your NEON helmet. If a crash is detected and you are unresponsive, the UNIT 1 App automatically sends an SOS text message to your chosen emergency contact.
This message includes your exact location, so your contact can reach or assist you quickly.
