How do your video calls work?

Our video calls are hosted via Google Meet.

Important details:

  • We will not call you — you must join the meeting using the link provided in your confirmation.

  • The link is usually included in the booking confirmation or shared by the person you're scheduled to meet with.

  • If you can’t find the link, please:

    • Contact the person you're scheduled to meet with by email, or

    • Email us for help.

What to expect:

  • Meetings last 30 minutes.

  • Please include as much detail as possible when booking so we can come prepared.

  • If you’re unable to attend, please let us know in advance.

A note on scheduling:

We receive many meeting requests. Please only schedule a call if necessary. This helps us make the best use of our support resources.
