To return a gift, follow these steps:
Submit a return request:
Go to returns.unit1gear.com.
Enter the order number and the email address used for the purchase (found on the packing slip).
Review our Return Policy to ensure the gift is eligible for return.
Return inspection:
Once we receive the item in new condition with its original, intact packaging, we’ll inspect it.
The inspection process can take up to 5 business days after receiving the item.
Refund details:
We’ll refund the amount paid, including taxes. However, expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.
