If your membership is paid through your employer, please refer to your company's benefit guide for further details on making changes through your BenAdmin system. If you're unsure about whether you can make this change directly or need to contact your benefits department, give us a call at (602) 266-5303 or use the chat function on our website and we'll get you the answer.

Please keep in mind that all changes will be processed as of the first day of the following month. This ensures a smooth and efficient transition.
