Requirements to use Unleashed
As a cloud-based software, Unleashed is accessible on the Internet and doesn’t require installation.
Before you use Unleashed, you need to ensure all the devices you’ll be accessing Unleashed on meet the system requirements below. This ensures you receive full functionality, if your systems don’t meet these requirements, we cannot assure full functionality or visibility.
Supported browsers
We support the following internet browsers (versions within the last 12 months), to ensure you have the optimal Unleashed usability and experience:
Google Chrome
Edge
If you experience any browser script errors or slowness we recommend clearing your current browser's cache and cookies or try an alternative browser.
You can still access Unleashed using Safari, Firefox or older versions of Chrome and Edge but it is not optimized. This means that we cannot assure that you’ll have a perfect presentation of Unleashed.
Unleashed does not support Windows XP, Internet Explorer and all other browsers not mentioned above.
Points to note
Ensure JavaScript is activated (this is usually activated by default).
Let your browser accept cookies.
Change proxy settings if your workplace blocks Unleashed.
Screen settings
To make sure that Unleashed displays properly on your screens set your screen resolution to a minimum of 1280 x 720. This ensures that you’ll see readable text and buttons.
Resolve browser-related issues
Browser-related issues can occasionally prevent users from successfully accessing certain features within Unleashed, such as shipments, Sales Orders (SO), or Purchase Orders (PO). These issues are often caused by outdated browser settings or cached data, but they can usually be resolved with a few simple troubleshooting steps.
Clear browser cache
To clear the browsing cache in Google Chrome:
In your browser's banner, click the three vertical dots in the top right of Google Chrome.
Click Settings.
Click Privacy & Security.
Click Delete Browsing Data.
Tick Cookies & Other Site Data and Cached Images and Files.
Click Delete Data.
Restart Google Chrome.
To clear the browsing cache in Mozilla Fox:
In your browser's banner, click the three vertical dots in the top right of Mozilla Firefox.
Click Settings.
Click Privacy & Security
Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data.
Click Clear Data.
Tick Cookies & Site Data and Temporary Cached Files and Pages.
Click Clear.
Restart Mozilla Firefox.
To clear the browsing cache in Mozilla Fox:
In your browser's banner, click the three vertical dots in the top right of Microsoft Edge.
Click Settings.
Click Privacy, Search, and Services.
Scroll to Delete Browser Data.
Click Choose what to clear next to Clear Browsing Data Now.
Tick Cookies and Other Site Data and Cached Images and Files.
Click Clear Now.
Restart Microsoft Edge.
