Import Batch Numbers field definitions

Use the Import Batch Numbers template to turn on batch-tracking and provide unique batch numbers for multiple products with Stock on Hand (SOH). If the product does not currently have SOH, use the Import Products template to turn on batch-tracking instead.

📌 Note: The Import Batch Numbers template is only available when Batch Tracking is enabled in your account's settings.

Import Batch Numbers template field * denotes mandatory fields.Description	Description
*Product Code	The unique Product Code for the product.
*Warehouse Code	The Warehouse Code where the product currently has SOH.
*Quantity	The number of SOH units with the batch number, per warehouse.
*Batch Number	The unique batch number for the product. Alphanumeric and special characters \| - # . / \ are accepted, with a limit of 50 characters.
Expiry Date	An optional expiry date for the product's batch number. Required date format: DD/MM/YYYY.
