Whilst you can create Warehouse Transfers directly in your account, one at a time, you also have the option to create them in bulk using our Import Warehouse Transfers CSV template. The CSV template allows you to list each Warehouse Transfer's source and destination warehouses, products, and transfer quantities, in a single document, which is then uploaded to create each Warehouse Transfer accordingly.

Warehouse Transfers imported via a CSV upload will be created with a Parked status. You will then be able to review the Warehouse Transfer and make any necessary changes before completing it.

Import Warehouse Transfers

To successfully import a Warehouse Transfer from a CSV file, you must use the same template format as the downloadable Import Warehouse Transfers Template File. If any of the expected field columns are missing from the template or they're in the incorrect order, the import will either fail to upload the Warehouse Transfers will be created inaccurately.

Tips for importing Warehouse Transfers from a CSV template

  • The products and warehouses included on the Import Warehouse Transfers CSV template must exist in your account and cannot be saved as obsolete.

  • Only enter the Warehouse Transfer's unique Transfer Number on the same row as its first Transfer Line; the Transfer Number column can be left blank for the remaining Transfer Line rows in the CSV template.

  • See Import Warehouse Transfers field definitions for more details on the fields included on the Import Warehouse Transfers template.

πŸ€“ Tip: Review the Data Import Checklist and Troubleshooting Import Errors articles to help ensure a successful import.
