When a Shopify Order fails to import, an error will be logged in the Shopify integration's Connection Log for up to 7 days. After any noted errors have been resolved, manually re-attempt importing the order.
Common reasons for import failures include duplicate records in Shopify and products with broken mappings in Unleashed, often caused by changes such as modifying SKUs while Shopify is set as the integration master. To resolve these issues, review and fix duplicate records or broken mappings, remap affected products as necessary, and retry the import after addressing the underlying problems. See Troubleshoot the Shopify integration.
Find and import missing Shopify orders
This feature is particularly useful for re-initiating the import process for transactions that failed to sync from Shopify, with results appearing in the Connection Log tab.
To find and import missing orders over a given date range:
From the main menu, go to eCommerce Hub > Shopify > Configure > Manage your Data.
In the Import Mission Orders section, enter the date range to populate missing orders by their order date.
Click Find, and all missing orders will be listed by their Shopify Order Number.
Click Import.
To prevent duplicates, review the imported data for overlap with manually created orders before initiating the import.
To import specific missing Shopify Orders, use their Shopify Order Number:
From the main menu, go to eCommerce Hub > Shopify > Configure Shopify shop > Manage your Data.
In the Import Mission Orders section, enter each missing order's Shopify Order Number in the free text field. Separate multiple orders by commas or a new line.
Click Import.
π€ Tip: A maximum of 50 missing Shopify orders can be manually imported at any one time. If more than 50 missing orders need to be re-imported, we recommend waiting 15 minutes between each group of 50 that is imported.
