When an Amazon Order has failed to import to Unleashed an error will be logged in the Amazon integration's Connection Log. Once any noted errors have been resolved manually re-attempt importing the order via the integration's Manage Your Data tab using the steps below.

Additionally, ensure that the orders intended for import are not in a "Pending" status, as they cannot be imported due to system limitations. If automation delays or timeouts occur, consider switching to a manual import process as outlined below.

Manually import Amazon orders

  1. From Unleashed's main menu, go to eCommerce Hub > Amazon > Amazon store.

  2. Navigate to the Manage your Data tab and scroll down to the Import Missing Orders option.

  3. Either use the date range fields available and select Find to populate the missing orders based on their order date in the field below, or manually enter the missing order's Amazon order number in the field provided. When importing missing orders in batch, ensure the order numbers are listed vertically, with one number per line, to meet the system's formatting requirements.

  4. Select Import.

  5. The integration will attempt to import the Amazon orders mentioned. Go to the Connection Log to confirm the import's success or review any further errors.

πŸ€“ Tip: A maximum of 50 missing Amazon orders can attempt to be imported at any one time. If more than 50 missing orders need to re-attempt import, we recommend waiting 10 minutes between each group of 50 that are imported.
