If you wish to connect to a new Access Financials Database with Unleashed, first disconnect the current integration via the Configuration tab. Once disconnected, no further data will be exported from Unleashed to Access Financials and all configuration and export settings saved in your integration will be cleared, allowing you to connect an alternative Access Financials database and
To disconnect Access Financials and connect a new database with Unleashed:
From Unleashed's main menu, go to Integration, Integration Store and select Access Financials.
Go to the Configuration tab.
Select Disconnect App.
Go to the Overview tab to refresh the page.
Return to the Configuration tab.
Select the appropriate Access Workspace Organsiation from the dropdown menu available.
Select the new Access Financials database from the dropdown menu available.
Configure the new integration, following the guide on Access Financials Integration Setup.
Connecting to a different Financials organisation and database can result in undesirable breaks in the data that is synced to your prior and new databases. Proceed with caution.
