When your API usage exceeds 90%, 95%, and 100%, you will receive an e-mail notification to warn you regarding this:
90% Usage: “Your API usage is at 90% of the limit.”
95% Usage: “Watch out! You're at 95% of your API usage limit.”
100% Usage: “WARNING: You have reached your API usage limit and requests are blocked.”
These notifications ensure you’re aware of your usage and can take proactive steps to prevent interruptions.
Important: Your account's API limit resets on the 1st of each calendar month, at 12:00AM UTC time; this is 1PM NZST, 11AM AEDT or 12AM GMT.
If you receive the 90% usage notification and there are fewer than three days remaining before the next period begins, it is unlikely you need to worry. Given that the API quota resets every 30 or 31 days, having 10% of your usage remaining for only a few days should be sufficient to maintain operations without exceeding your limit.

If you receive an API usage notification within the first 14 days of a new period and are unsure of the cause, we recommend reaching out to your third-party integration's developers or platforms.
To assist us in resolving your issue quickly, please include the following information:
Details of any integrations you use.
Information about 3PL (third-party logistics) shipping providers.
Any changes made to the account you are aware of.
