The Email Log is a comprehensive tracking system that allows you to monitor all emails sent from your account. This feature provides visibility into email delivery and helps you confirm whether specific emails have been sent to recipients.

The Email Log captures emails sent for various transaction types across your account, including:

  • API Usage notifications

  • BI Scheduled notifications

  • Credit

  • Export Template

  • Packing Slip

  • Pick List

  • Purchase Order

  • Sales Invoice

  • Sales Order

  • Sales Quote

  • Ship Note

  • Supplier Return

  • Warehouse Transfer

πŸ“Œ Note: While the Email Log shows that emails were sent, it does not store the actual email content or attachments for viewing after delivery.

Using the Email Log

You can use your account's main Email Log, found in Settings > Security > Email Logs, to review all emails sent from your account, or you can click on "View Email Log" at the bottom of a transaction's page to see a log of the emails sent for that transaction.

Filter the Email Log

By default, the Email Log page displays all emails sent from your account, ordered by most recent delivery time, but you can use the filters provided to refine your search.

Frequently asked questions

Why do my emails come from noreply@unleashedsoftware.com?

As a necessary security measure, emails sent from Unleashed will always use noreply@unleashedsoftware.com as the sender's address. This ensures the validity of the email for the recipient and helps to protect them and their business from phishing or security risks. If a recipient is unable to locate an email you've sent, but it is showing in your Email Logs, ask them to check their spam and junk folders.
