Create custom layouts for your Enquiry, Report and View pages in Unleashed and view your business as you'd like to see it. Set them as a default for your own login and share them so that other users can review that page as you do.
Create a custom grid layout
Where available, in an Enquiry, Report or View page, select the Show toolbar tab, displayed on the right above the grid column headers.
Select New.
Provide a unique name for the new grid layout and click Add.
Adjust and re-arrange the headers in the layout. Click Hidden Columns from the toolbar to drag and drop additional columns that you want to include. Similarly, drag and drop any columns you want to remove from the layout into the Hidden Columns window. β
In the toolbar, tick the Default checkbox and Save to make this layout the version that automatically populates whenever you open the page.
Share a custom grid layout
To share your custom layout with another user:
Where available, in an Enquiry, Report or View page, select the Show toolbar tab, displayed on the right above the grid column headers.
Select your custom grid layout from the Grid Layout dropdown field.
Tick the Shared checkbox and Save.
Other users can then view your shared layout by selecting its name in the page's Grid Layout, under Show Toolbar.β
Default custom grid layout
If your layout is saved as Shared, other users can view the layout by selecting it from the Grid Layout dropdown menu in the Show Toolbar tab. Other users cannot save the shared layout as their own default, but they can replicate it and save the replica as a default.
Where available, in an Enquiry, Report or View page, select the Show toolbar tab, displayed on the right above the grid column headers.
In the Grid Layout dropdown menu, select the custom layout.
Select New and provide a unique name for the layout. This will save the shared layout as a layout on your own user account.
The newly saved layout can then be ticked as Default.
