Keeping your email address up to date is essential for receiving important notifications, such as booking updates, gallery alerts, and client messages. Follow these steps to update your email and ensure all communications are correctly routed.
Step 1: Update Your Business Email Address
Open the Unscripted app
Go to My Biz (your home screen)
Tap on the logo or image next to your name
Select Business Details
Update your email address and save
Once updated, booking and gallery notifications, as well as other essential communications, will be sent to your new email address.
Step 2: Redirecting Instant Reply Messages to Your New Email
If you use instant reply messages and want responses to go to your updated email:
After updating your business email (as described above), resend any active messages or emails
This will redirect future responses to your new email address
