Keeping your email address up to date is crucial for receiving important notifications, such as booking updates and gallery alerts. Follow these steps to update your email address and ensure all communications are correctly routed:
Step 1: Update Your Business Email Address
Open the Unscripted Photographers app.
Navigate to My Biz > Profile.
Locate the Business Email field.
Update the address to your new email.
Save your changes.
Once updated, booking and gallery notifications, as well as other essential communications, will be sent to your new email address.
Step 2: Verifying Notification Routing for Instant Reply Messages
If you use instant reply messages and want to ensure responses go to your updated email:
After updating your business email (as described above), resend any active messages or emails.
This will redirect responses to your new email address.
