Deleting an Incorrect Account
If you have created multiple accounts with similar email addresses and need to delete one due to a typo or other errors, follow these steps:
Identify the Correct Account: First, confirm which account and email address is the correct one that you want to keep.
Delete the Incorrect Account: Log in to the incorrect account and proceed with its deletion. Go to App Settings (top right) on home screen > Advanced Settings > Delete My Account. Please note that this option is not available on the web platform.
Updating Your Business Details
Once your previous account has been deleted, you'll be able to use your desired business name on your current account. To update your business information:
Go to your Home screen in the app and tap your profile picture next to your name
Under Profile Settings, tap Business Details
Edit your business information
Any changes made here will automatically sync across to the website.
Ensure you have confirmed all data and settings before taking any action, as account deletions are permanent.
Managing Login Methods Across Devices
Unscripted Photographers currently does not support merging accounts that were created via different login methods. However, you can consolidate access across devices by consistently using the same login method. Here's how:
Determine the login method associated with your Pro account (e.g., email and password, or a third-party service like Apple).
Use the same login method on all devices, including web and mobile, to maintain access to your account.
