What is the deletion timeline?
After your subscription expires, here's exactly what happens:
Day 30 — First warning email sent. We notify you that your galleries are at risk of deletion.
Day 60 — Final warning email sent. This is your last chance to resubscribe or download your galleries.
Day 67 — Galleries are permanently deleted and a confirmation email is sent.
Note: Warning emails sometimes end up in spam or junk. If you've received a warning, act quickly to download your galleries or resubscribe before day 67.
Can deleted galleries be recovered?
No. Once galleries are deleted we are unable to recover them under any circumstances. We do not archive or back up galleries on our end.
Will my galleries come back if I resubscribe?
No. Reactivating your subscription will not restore previously deleted galleries. Any new galleries you create after resubscribing will be stored as normal.
How to protect your galleries before your subscription ends
Download and back up all galleries to your own device or cloud storage before cancelling.
Check your spam or junk folder regularly for emails from Unscripted.
Note your subscription expiry date in your calendar so you're not caught off guard.
