How to cancel your subscription

The quickest way to cancel your active subscription is by following the instructions below.

​How to cancel App Store subscription (Apple or Google Play):
To cancel your subscription go to the left menu in your app > click settings > click cancel or manage subscription - this will then take you to the app store where you can cancel.

​How to cancel subscription on our web platform:
Navigate to Setting > Account > Subscription via the web platform and you will be directed to stripe where you can cancel your subscription.
