Subscribed via the App Store (Apple or Google Play)?
Open the app and go to your My Biz home screen
Tap the Settings icon in the top right
Tap Advanced Settings
Tap Cancel Subscription
You'll be redirected to the App Store to complete your cancellation.
Subscribed via the Unscripted website?
Log in to the website using the same details you use for the app
Navigate to Settings > Account > Subscription
You'll be redirected to Stripe to complete your cancellation.
