The Booking Request Form is a streamlined tool designed to help potential clients easily submit their details and propose a date and time for a photoshoot.

With the Unscripted Booking Link, booking requests go directly into your app. Your availability calendar automatically reflects your current bookings, ensuring clients can only select time slots when you're actually available.

You can share this link in your Instagram bio, website, or as a “Contact Us” button. To locate the form, navigate to the My Business section within the app.

Embedding the Booking Request Form

We recommend linking your booking request form behind a button on your website that opens in a new browser tab. To do this:

  1. Create a button on your website.

  2. Paste the Booking Request Form URL as the destination link.

  3. Enable the option to open the link in a new tab.

How to Set It Up

  1. Open the Unscripted app and navigate to:

    • My Biz > Booking Link in your editable toolbar.

  2. Tap Copy Link.

  3. Share the link:

    • In your social media bios (e.g., Instagram)

    • Behind a button on your website

    • In client emails

  4. Clients can click the link to enter their details and request a session.

  5. You’ll receive a notification instantly upon submission.

  6. Review and accept or decline the request via the My Shoots section of the app.

  7. If accepted, the shoot will automatically be added to your scheduled bookings.

Important Notes

  • Customisation: The current version of the booking request form is not customisable. We’re actively working on this feature and will share updates when those changes become available.

  • Intended Use: This form is designed for quick lead generation—not as a detailed pre-shoot questionnaire. If you need more information before confirming the session, we recommend following up with a pre-shoot questionnaire using the built-in tools in your app.
