You can subscribe directly through your app store or through our website, where we offer:
Monthly and yearly subscription plans
A one-time purchase option for our Lifetime Membership
If you choose a yearly subscription, you’ll be charged the full amount at the end of your trial period. The subscription will automatically renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Pricing in your currency:
In-app purchase options are displayed in your local currency
Website prices are displayed in USD
If you’ve paid but don’t have access:
Apple users: Go to the top left menu in the app → App Settings → Restore Purchase
Google Play users: Force quit and reopen the Unscripted app a few times to help sync with the Play Store
Stay logged in, then close and reopen the app. If access still doesn’t update, check your app store to ensure the purchase was successful
How to Upgrade Your Plan
To upgrade from a monthly to an annual subscription, open the app and go to:
Menu → Settings → Upgrade Subscription
You’ll be redirected to the App Store to complete the change
Please note: If you purchased a monthly subscription via our website, you’ll need to cancel it first and then purchase the annual plan separately.
Cancellations & Refunds
How to cancel a free trial or subscription:
App Store (Apple or Google Play):
In the app, go to Menu → Settings → Cancel or Manage Subscription. This will take you to the App Store or Google Play to cancel directly.
Web Platform:
Go to Settings → Account → Subscription on the web platform where you will be directed to Stripe where you can cancel your subscription.
How to request a refund:
For Apple purchases: Request a refund via Apple
For Google Play purchases: Request a refund via Google
For web platform purchases: Contact us directly and we’ll pass the request to our accounts team to check your eligibility.
