Paid but Don’t Have Access?
Apple Users
Open the app
Go to Menu → App Settings
Tap Restore Purchase
Google Play Users
Force close and reopen the app a few times
Stay logged in, then close and reopen the app again
Check the Play Store to confirm the purchase was successful
If access still doesn’t update, please contact support.
How to Upgrade or Change Your Plan
Upgrade from Monthly to Annual
Open the app
Go to Menu → Settings → Upgrade Subscription
You’ll be redirected to the App Store to complete the upgrade
Switch from Annual to Monthly
Via App Store
Cancel your annual subscription before it renews
Once it expires, you can subscribe to a monthly plan through the app store
Via Website
Wait for your annual subscription to fully expire
Visit the Unscripted website to purchase a monthly plan
Your account data — including contracts, bookings, and client information — will remain unchanged when switching plans. To avoid any interruption in access, please keep a close eye on your subscription end and renewal dates.
If you purchased a monthly subscription through our website, you’ll need to cancel it first and then purchase the annual plan separately. Switching between annual and monthly plans will not affect your account or existing data, as long as the timing between subscriptions is managed correctly.
Cancellations & Refunds
How to cancel a free trial or subscription:
App Store (Apple or Google Play): In the app, go to Menu → Settings → Cancel or Manage Subscription. This will take you to the App Store or Google Play to cancel directly.
Web Platform: Go to Settings → Account → Subscription on the web platform where you will be directed to Stripe where you can cancel your subscription.
How to request a refund:
For Apple purchases: Request a refund via Apple
For Google Play purchases: Please contact us directly and include the Google Play Store email linked to your subscription — we’ll pass the request along to our accounts team to check your eligibility.
For web platform purchases: Contact us directly and we’ll pass the request to our accounts team to check your eligibility.If you encounter issues during the process, consider reaching out to Unscripted Photographers' customer support for further assistance.### Detailed Cancellation Instructions
Apple App Store
Open the Settings app on your device.
Tap on your name or Apple ID at the top of the screen.
Select Subscriptions.
Locate and select the Unscripted app.
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the confirmation prompts.
Google Play
Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
Tap on your profile icon at the top right of the screen.
Go to Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Select the Unscripted subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the confirmation prompts.
Website (Unscripted account)
Log in to your Unscripted account at the official website.
Go to your Account Settings.
Select Billing or Subscriptions.
Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
Unsubscribing from Emails
To stop receiving marketing or notification emails from Unscripted Photographers, follow these steps:
Locate any email sent by Unscripted Photographers in your inbox.
Scroll to the bottom of the email.
Click the "Unsubscribe" link provided. This will redirect you to manage your email preferences and confirm unsubscription.
You can perform this action anytime to opt out of receiving further emails.
