You can update your login email directly in the mobile app:
Open the app and go to My Biz (your home screen)
Tap the settings icon in the top right corner
Select Account Information
Tap on the email text box to make your changes
You'll be prompted to save—tap Save to confirm

If You Signed Up with Facebook or Apple ID
You can't update your login email directly in the app. Here's what to do:
Contact our support team and let us know the email you want to use for login—we'll update it manually for you.
Make sure your business email is added under Business Details:
Go to My Biz (home screen)
Tap the profile icon next to your name
Select Profile Settings > Business Details
Add or update your business email
This ensures we can update your login email efficiently.
