Unscripted's user-friendly galleries makes sure your photos have an impact when it matters most – making it easy for your clients to download photos, select favorites, and share moments with loved ones.

Gallery storage is unlimited for users with an active subscription!

If you choose to end your subscription, your uploaded galleries will be archived and eventually deleted. You will receive a notification before the deletion of your galleries.

Unscripted users who have purchased lifetime access will have access to 100GB of permanent gallery storage.

Our long term goal is to allow lifetime users who need more than 100GB of permanent storage to be able to easily purchase more. Until that is possible, lifetime users won't be automatically restricted from exceeding the 100GB limit.

In the meantime, if a lifetime user is exceeding 100GB by a large amount, we will contact them directly to organise a way to manage their current storage, or increase it at a small cost.

There are restrictions in place that limit the size of any individual image that can be uploaded to a gallery. These restrictions are put in place by our image hosting provider due to the processing power required to resize and store images.

Users are able to upload GIFs to Unscripted Galleries. The GIF will need to be made prior to uploading the gallery and has a size limit of 70mb.

Videos are currently not available in Unscripted Galleries. We are working to add this feature soon. Stay tuned to our social channels for updates to our product offerings.

The best way to see the images your clients have favorited is to navigate to the gallery and click on 'activity' along the left hand side menu.
