Galleries Now Available on iOS Mobile
You can now access and manage Unscripted Galleries directly from the iOS app — making it easier than ever to deliver stunning galleries on the go.
Whether you're sending sneak peeks, uploading final images, or checking in on client favorites, everything you need is now in your pocket.
Note: Mobile gallery features are currently available for iOS users only. Android support is on the roadmap!
What are Unscripted Galleries?
Unscripted Galleries are a seamless way to deliver images to clients. With just a few taps, your clients can:
Download high-resolution photos
Select their favorite images
Keep everything organised in one beautiful space
Storage Overview
Gallery storage is unlimited for users with an active subscription!
If you choose to end your subscription, your uploaded galleries will be archived and eventually deleted. You will receive a notification before the deletion of your galleries.
Galleries Storage limit for Lifetime Users
Your Unscripted Lifetime account includes 100GB of gallery storage. Once you reach that limit, you'll need to upgrade to a storage plan before you can create any new galleries. All of your existing galleries stay live and accessible — nothing is deleted.
What happens when you reach the 100GB limit
Your existing galleries remain fully accessible to you and your clients.
You won't be able to create a new gallery until you upgrade your storage.
If you're over 100GB, you'll hit a paywall prompting you to upgrade before creating a new gallery.

Choose the plan that suits how much you shoot. You can change plans at any time.

500 GB — $10/month
1 TB — $20/month
2 TB — $40/month
Managing your storage subscription
To upgrade: Go to My Galleries on the web (top right, under your name) → Change Storage Plan → select your option → click "Upgrade Storage." You'll be taken to Stripe to check out.
To cancel or manage: Go to Settings in your Photoshoot Dashboard on the website → Subscription. From here, you'll see your current storage plan (managed separately via Stripe), how much storage you've used, and options to either upgrade your storage or click "Manage Storage Subscription." This will take you to a page listing your subscription details, where you'll find a button to cancel.
Upload Limits
To keep things running smoothly, here are the current photo limits:
Max file size: 70MB
Max resolution: 10,000 x 10,000px
No single side can exceed 12,000px
GIFs
GIFs are supported! Just make sure they’re pre-made and under 70MB before uploading.
Videos
Not supported just yet — but it's on our radar.
Track Favorites
Curious what your clients love most?
Just head to the gallery and select ‘Activity’ in the side menu to view their favorites.
