Log in using the same method as you do for your phone app and all of your details will be transferred over.
It's still early days for the web platform - this is a beta product and we are continuing to make improvements to it.
Can't log in to the Web Platform? Check these steps.
There are three ways to log in to the web platform. Please make sure you are using the same method you used to start your Unscripted account.
1. Apple Connect
2. Facebook connect
3. Email - if you started your Unscripted account with your email enter it in the email field and select 'Send Magic Link' - a login link will be sent to your inbox.
To check how you created your account, go to the main menu of your app + my account. The email shown here is your login email.
If you cannot log in using either of these three methods send through your full name and the email account you think you have your Unscripted account with.
Changing log in emails or creating a new password
All account changes are to be made through the app.
You can only change the email or password on your account if you signed up with email - not facebook connect or apple ID - due to privacy policies we don't have access to change them in those cases.
