I. What is a Program?
A Program is a specific call for applications, event, challenge, or initiative where the action happens. Each Program is designed to meet a specific goal (e.g., collecting ideas, judging submissions, or recruiting talent).
Best Practices
Create a dedicated Program to launch each individual project or event (e.g., running a specific innovation competition under your "Innovation" Platform).
Use the program builder to tailor all settings, including the rounds (program funnel), submission forms, judging methods, and timelines, to directly reflect your initiative's specific goals.
Run multiple programs simultaneously across different Platforms to efficiently address various organizational needs or objectives without conflict.
II. How to Create a New Program
Access Your Platform: On your dashboard, navigate to the desired Workspace and select the Platform clicking on Manage.
2. Create Program: Inside the Platform, go to Programs then click + New Program button.
III. How to configure "About the Program" Tab
Set Program Title: Edit the default "New Program (draft)" name to your desired title.
Configure Program URL: Define your program slug (the part after your platform domain).
Add Program Details:
• Set your "About" section title
• Write your program description

Set Program Sector: Add industry tags for better categorization.
Choose Visibility:
• Invited Only: Access by invitation only
• Private: Registered participants only
• Public: Anyone with the URLConfigure Display Options:
• Enable countdown timer (usually set to submission deadline)
• Choose whether to show submissions and view counts
