I. Enabling and Creating Submission Tracks
A. Enabling the Feature
Go to Round Settings: Navigate to your Program and click on the first tab "Settings". Then click on "Submission Settings" from the options on the left side.
Enable Submission Tracks: Check the box that enables submission tracks from the list then click on "Save Settings".
Access Submission Form: Once enabled, navigate to the Submission Form tab.
B. Creating New Tracks
Access Tracks: You will see a drop-down menu listing existing tracks. Choose an existing track to edit, or click the plus sign (+) to create a new one.
Set Name: If creating a new track, slick on the renaming button then enter the title of the new track.
Track Use Examples
In an innovation challenge, participants can select the specific challenge their solution addresses.
In an awards program, nominations can be submitted for each category separately.
II. Customizing Forms and Evaluation
A. Cloning Submission Forms
If you need a new track to share fields with an existing one, you can clone its form to save time:
Enable Cloning: Enable the option to Clone Fields From Another Submission Form from the Add New Track window.
Select Source: From the drop-down menu, select the track from which you'd like to clone fields.
B. Evaluating Different Submission Tracks
You have flexibility in how judging is managed. If you have multiple submission tracks, you have these two options:
Single Form: You can create one evaluation form that works across multiple tracks.
Separate Forms: You can create a separate evaluation form for each track.
To manage evaluation forms: In the Evaluation Form tab, select the correct track from the drop-down menu to create or edit the evaluation form. You also have the option to clone previously created evaluation forms if you only need to make minor changes.
III. Additional Options
Editing a Track Title: You can change the track title at any time by selecting the track from the drop-down menu and editing the name.
Disabling a Track: To stop receiving submissions for a track, Select the track from the drop-down menu, click the edit button (or gear icon)
Select the track from the drop-down menu.
Click the edit button (or gear icon).
Disable it by toggling the slider to unpublish.
