Participants can always join through your program page, and you can also invite people directly. Here's how to send invitations and keep track of who has joined.
I. Send invitations
A. From a round
Open your program and click the round's tab.
Click the Participants tab.
Click + New participant. The Invite Participants dialog opens.
Choose how to invite:
Invite a single participant: enter First Name, Last Name and Email.
Invite multiple participants: add a list by hand or upload a CSV.
Invite participants from other programs/rounds: bring in people who took part elsewhere on your platform.
Invite all platform participants: invite everyone registered on your platform.
Tick any options you need (see below).
Click Add.
B. Options
Assign to a submission track: pre-assign the participant to a track (for example "Fintech Solutions"). You can change it later with Assign Track in the toolbar.
Don't send email invitation: add people to the round without emailing them.
Customize Invitation: write your own message for this invitation. It replaces the default Participant Invitation template from the round's Messages tab.
C. Import a large list
To add many people to your platform at once, go to Gear icon → Users → Participants and click Import participants.
Good to know
Invited people receive their participation message once the program is published. Publish your program first if you want invitations to go out straight away.
II. Manage the participant list
The round's Participants tab shows each person's ID, email, tags, number of submissions and drafts, submission date, signup date, assigned track, status, and any profile fields (for example phone, country or CV).
Toolbar: Add Star, Add Tag, Send Message, Export, Assign Track and Remove.
Search and filter: search by keyword or use + More filters.
Customize the table
Click Table settings (gear icon).
Choose the columns to show or hide.
Tip: to collect extra details such as phone number or country, add them as profile fields in Gear icon → Users → Custom Fields. They then appear as columns here.
What's next?
Next, invite evaluators for the evaluation phase.
