See your program through your participants' eyes. This guide walks through what they do, from creating an account and submitting, to tracking their status and moving on to the next round.
Joining the program and submitting
1. Creating an account
On the program page, the participant clicks Sign Up or Apply Now.
2. They fill in the required fields and click Create Account.
3. They return to the program page and click Apply Now to start their submission.
2. Making a submission
Choose a track (if your program uses tracks): the participant picks a track in Select Submission Track (Category), then clicks Next. If your program has no tracks, this step is skipped.
2. Fill in the form: they answer the questions and upload any required files. Their progress is saved as a draft as they go.
3. Preview and submit: they click Preview to check their answers, then Submit.
4. Confirmation: they receive a confirmation email once the submission is recorded.
Tracking submissions and status
After submitting, participants open the My Submissions tab on the program page to see all their entries. From there they can:
See their status, for example Applied, Qualified, Disqualified or Pending.
Edit a submission, if you allow editing and the deadline hasn't passed.
Delete a submission. This can't be undone.
Download a copy of their submission.
Change Track, if you allow participants to change tracks.
Apply Again, if you allow multiple submissions. This is also how they apply to a different track.
Continue to the next round, once they're qualified.
Moving to the next round
When you qualify a participant, a Continue button appears next to their qualified entry in My Submissions (and at the top of the program page). Clicking Continue starts their application for the next round.
Good to know: the next round's submission dates must be open for Continue to work.
