Using Chat Support

Manage real-time support by responding to participant and judge messages in chat.

The Chat function allows participants and judges to communicate directly with Program Admins, providing quick support and answers during the program.

Responding to Communications

Once a participant or judge sends a message, the Admin can respond and continue the conversation.

Note: Admins can’t start a conversation on their own unless prompted by a participant or judge.

Managing Your Inbox

  • Read and Unread: Navigate between Read and Unread messages to manage your inbox more efficiently.

  • Stay Up to Date: Use the features to stay up to date with all incoming communications.
