How to Update Withdrawn Requests

Follow the directions to update a withdrawn request to Closed

The Employer always has the option to close out a withdrawn request on their Admin side. Simply go into the Employee request (either from records by Employee or records by request page) and click on 'change status' within that particular request. Next, change the status of this withdrawn request to 'closed'.

Once the status changes away from withdrawn, the next Employer update email that goes out, will not account for this request in the withdrawn section.
