ADA Assist Dashboard Overview

The ADA Assist Dashboard provides an real time, rolled-up view of decision status, types of requests, pending decisions and tasks.

Records Section:

Click into each section by status under "Record Status" on your Dashboard to see a full listing of all the employees who have submitted ADA requests. You can interact with the pie charts to hyperlink into different sections of your ADA requests by status to see the full list of employees from each section.

Click into each section by "Request Type" on your Dashboard to see a full listing of all the ADA requests submitted by request (historical and current). This will include the employee's name and details of the submitted request.

You can also access this view by clicking "Records" in the far-left navigation panel. To review a specific employee request, click the eye icon under the far right "Review" column.

Pending Decision Section: Click "review" on your Dashboard to see a list of all the current pending decisions.

You can also access this view by clicking "Pending Decisions" in the far-left navigation panel. To review a specific employee request, click the paper icon in the far-right column.

Other features include the ability to search for a specific employee request via the search bar and/or filter your search by location through the location dropdown menu.

Tasks Section: Click "review" on your Dashboard to view documents that have been submitted, messages received or sent, and admin activities for submitted requests. You can customize your 'Due Soon' list by updating the period of time you would like to review. Select the dates you would like to review and then you will be able to view the details of the timeframe selected.

You can also access this view by clicking the "Tasks" drop down menu in the far-left navigation panel to access Documents, Messages, and Activities.
