Super admin in the ADA Assist Solution have the ability to soft-delete users and their information from the application. The “Purge” button, located in the “Users” tab in the admin view, allows super admins to select the users that they want to soft delete and click on the ”Purge” button to remove the user and all their data from the solution. It will remove all data including the “Users” tab and reports. Data will not be easily recoverable, which is the key difference between the “Purge” and “Deactivate” option.
Employees can be suspended from the tool when they have been terminated and you do not want to purge the data from the solution. When an employee is suspended, their data will remain in the tool, but not be visible in the User Cards or reporting. By selecting "Deactivate" vs. "Purge" the data can be retrieved within the solution by selecting "Reactivate" for the employee. Their data will be restored in the solution.
