How to reactivate and deactivate employees from the solution

The suspend status prevents the employee from accessing their account and their record will not show up on the admin dashboards or reports. There is also a reinstate button that can reinstate this functionality.

Step 1: Click on the "Manage Employees" Tab and then select "Users" option from the far-left navigation panel to view a list of your employees.

Step 2: To deactivate an active employee, simply check the box next to their name and

click the red “Deactivate” button that generates in the top right corner of the screen. The employee will remain in your list but will now be indicated as “inactive” in red text.

Step 3: To reinstate an inactive employee, simply check the box next to their name,

and click the blue “Reactivate” button that generates in the top right corner of the screen. The employee will now be indicated as “active” in green text.
