To access your ADA Assist Decision Guide, click "Decision Guide" in the far-left navigation panel.
The Decision Guide features include:
A Search Bar in the top left corner to search a particular topic.
General Topic - this section provides guidance to support you when making ADA decisions
States with a Variation - this section highlights specific states with variations in their ADA law specific to that topic.
Review - this section provides more in-depth information about the topic selected.
Arrows found at the bottom right of the page to navigate forward and/or backward through the Decision Guide topics.
To access more detailed information about a specific topic, click "Review" on the far right.
After clicking "Review," more detailed information about that topic will visualize. Please note the slide bar on the far-right side that will allow you to view all the information provided, and the option to download the state variations in the top right.
