Locate your message center in the left side navigation panel.
Search for a specific employee message in the search bar.
To view a message, click the message link (highlighted below) under the message category next to the employee's name.
After clicking the message link, you will be able to view the new message in addition to any historical conversations.
To reply/send a message, type your note in the "New Message" box and click "Send Message".
To review the specific details surrounding an employee request, click the eye icon under the "Request Record" category to the far left.
Here you will be able to view the history of an employee submission request and ongoing activity.
You will also be able to access messages and documents as well as take action on the request by changing approval dates or closing the request.
