How to review employee documents

To view documents that employees have submitted to support their ADA request:

Step 1: Click "Records" on the left side navigation panel.

Step 2: Search for the employee by name in the search box and/or find the employee name in the list view.

Step 3: Click the eye icon under the "Review" category to review the desired information.

Step 4: Click the eye icon under the "Actions" category.

Please note that some requests may have dropdown arrows with additional requests such as return to work or a request for an extension. Click the dropdown arrow to see additional related requests and documentation.

Step 5: Click the dropdown arrow for the "Initial Submission" to access submitted documents.

Step 6: Click "Documents" in the bottom left corner to access documentation the employee has submitted to support their ADA request.

Step 7: Click the download icon to download and view the submitted documentation.

To review ongoing activity associated with the ADA request:

Follow steps 1 through 4 above.

Step 5: Click the dropdown arrow for "Ongoing Activity" to access submitted documents.

Step 6: In the below example, click "Review RTW Submission" to review the submitted documentation.

Step 7: Click "Documents" in the bottom left corner to access documentation the employee has submitted.

Step 8: Click the download icon to download and view the submitted documentation.
